Cancellation/Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the items purchased from us due to an obvious manufacturer defect of the merchandise, simply return them to us for an exchange or a full refund. We inspect and document every order before shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours after your order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase.

Return Procedure:

Please contact our customer support by email as listed at the bottom of this page. Please allow 24 hours for our agents to answer your queries. A member of our support team will give you instructions on how to proceed based on your specific needs. Notify us of the request to refund or exchange within 10 days from the time of goods receipt. All items (including all parts, accessories) must be returned to us via a courier.

Important when ordering shoes: Our shoes are sized based on international shoe sizing. Please measure your foot carefully before ordering. We will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing.
